- Continuous availability of third-party services or APIs
Results depend on many factors beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

- Review all work before approval.

- Keep account credentials secure.
- Obtain legal rights for all uploaded content.
The client is responsible for the legality of all materials they provide.
6. Content Ownership
The client owns all content they provide.

- Internal templates
- Frameworks
- Development methods
- Proprietary tools
Unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Copyright Responsibility
Clients confirm they have permission to use all:
- Images
- Videos
- Logos
- Documents
- Fonts
- Software
- Trademarks
Yuvraj Flow is not responsible for copyright violations caused by client-provided materials.
8. Website Approval
After the client approves the final website:
- The project is considered completed.
- Future changes may require additional charges.
9. Project Delays
Yuvraj Flow is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Client response delays
- Missing content
- Third-party services
- Hosting providers
- Domain providers
- Payment delays
- API limitations
- Force majeure events
10. Third-Party Services

Unless covered under a maintenance plan:

14. Hosting & Domain
Clients are responsible for:

Failure to renew these services may cause website downtime.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuvraj Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or reputational harm arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that specific project.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:

- Fails to make agreed payments
17. Refund Policy
Payments made for completed work, custom development, consulting, digital services, or AI automation are generally non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed in writing.
